Some Common Questions
Q: Is there a Deposit?
A: Yes and we are more than happy to place a date on hold on our calendar for you as you start to plan your event. There is a $150 deposit.
Q: Is my deposit refundable?
A: No your deposit is nonrefundable because it blocks your special event on my calendar and no other event will be booked.
Q: What type of events do you do?
A; All types! From Weddings to Corporate Events, Non-profit Galas, Private Parties, Family Reunions, Baby Showers, Funerals, Church Events... The sky’s the limit. Browse our photo gallery to peek at some of the exceptional events that have been done.
Q: What about rentals Items?
A: We can do the rental for you.... chairs, tables. linen etc. in any color and style that’s available. We can do the setup and break down for an additional cost of $150.00 each or $300.00 for both billing to the client. Or the client is required to set-up and strike the chairs on their own, or other staffing/vendors provided by the client, as we do not charge a fee for booking your rentals for you, just the subcontracted amount with no markup.
Q: When do you set up or deliver?
A: I will coordinate a timeline with your event coordinators/Director.
